All of the above prices include federal and Quebec sales tax of 13%, where applicable. Bell and Videotron provide a discount if you also subscribe to their television service. Both Bell and Videotron sometimes run specials where the prices are reduced somewhat, or where installation costs are reduced or waived if a long term contract is signed: refer to the Bell and Videotron web pages for recent pricing information and conditions.
Ultra High Speed Internet Service from 3561 Lorne is for your single-user, legal, non-commercial use only. Misuse of the service may result in the cancellation of the account. Terms of Service apply, and should be reviewed prior to use (available upon request). You will need a computer running a reasonably recent version of Microsoft Windows or Mac OS to access the internet, plus an ethernet network card and cable.
Note that this service is optional, so if you rent an apartment at 3561 Lorne and you do not want ultra high-speed internet for less than ½ price, you do not have to subscribe for it.
