This price includes heat, hot water, and electricity, and is per month for a 12 month lease.

To reserve your apartment, call or send an e-mail to find out what is available, and come by for a visit if you like. Once you decide to proceed, you will pay the first month's rent in advance, and sign the lease. If you are not in Montreal, we can fax or e-mail you a copy of the lease. There is no damage deposit, no key deposit, and no requirement to provide the last month's rent in advance: you only pay first month's rent.

Only one person can live in an apartment, although visitors are of course allowed. No pets, and no smoking.

Each apartment is wired for unlimited high speed internet access. This option is available for an additional monthly fee of $25. These are up to 5000 kilobit per second connections, up to 90 times the speed of a 56k dial-up connection, and are available from 3561 Lorne for less than 1/2 of what you would pay elsewhere.
