Apartment 3
Apartments 3 is the largest in the building (Apartment 2 is the same size). This renovated basement apartment is 8 feet wide and 25 feet long, with the bed area on a raised hardwood platform under a high ceiling. The bathroom is renovated, the walk-in closet is 4 feet deep, and the apartment is very spacious for a Studio (1 & 1/2).
Apartment 3 has a private bathroom, kitchen with new refrigerator (including freezer), electric stove with oven, new microwave oven, kitchen table, two chairs, a single bed with drawers underneath, small nightstand, and a bookshelf. There is a walk in closet. The kitchen has some counter space, and much cabinet space. The renovated bathroom has a shower / bathtub, sink, and cabinet under the sink. The sleeping area is on a raised hardwood platform.

The kitchen has a new LG model refrigerator with separate freezer, and it is very quiet. The stove has 4 electric elements and an oven, there is a new microwave oven, and kitchen sink. Note all the kitchen cabinet space.

This is the sleeping area, on a raised hardwood floor under a high ceiling. This is a single bed with drawers underneath, with room for a nice chair or desk as well in this area.

The ceiling in the sleeping area is over 10 feet at its highest point. Note the ceiling fan.
