Apartment 13 Apartment 13 has just recently been renovated, with a brand new solid hardwood floor (maple), re-painted, new light fixtures, new refrigerator and microwave, new bed, new desk, basically all new and looking great. This apartment has a private bathroom, kitchen with refrigerator (including freezer), microwave oven, stove with oven, kitchen table, two chairs, single bed with drawers, dresser, and a bookshelf. There is no balcony, but the window is the width of the rear wall of the apartment, so there is much light. The main room of the apartment is 8.5 feet wide and 15.5 feet long, plus there is a corridor to the bathroom, and the bathroom itself is 4.4 feet by 6 feet. There is also a closet in the apartment. You can also see the brand new solid hardwood floor (maple). This is a brand new single bed, with drawers underneath. This is the desk and one of the chairs. Here is a view of the kitchen table and another chair. This is a view of the apartment from the bathroom. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bathtub with shower, mirror, and medicine cabinet.
