Apartment 01 This is a semi-basement apartment, with a full window and both interior and exterior doors. There is a long "L" shaped corridor, a large bathroom, and a large closet. The walls are concrete on all sides, there is a new refrigerator, full stove and oven, ceiling fan, with a futon sofa / bed or a regular single captain's bed with drawers underneath available. Desk with shelf. Living and kitchen area. Sink, stove, room for a microwave oven (we can provide a microwave if you need one). Brand new, quiet, frost-free refrigerator with freezer on top. Good kitchen cabinet space. Kitchen table. Large bathroom, with new toilet. Sin, and shower / bathtub. Nice thick mattress on this futon, and a single bed with drawers underneath is also available.
