At 3561 Lorne, Montreal, Quebec, we are one block east of McGill University, in the heart of the student district, near downtown, the McGill metro (subway) station, with two supermarkets in the area, as well as many cafes, restaurants, and shopping centers.

Each apartment has:

Most units also have a balcony as well, and hardwood floors.
The main room in the apartments vary from 15.5 - 18.5 feet by 8.5 feet, and the bathroom being 4 to 5 feet by 5 feet, but the layout varies with the apartments, and some are slightly larger or smaller. There are two apartments in which the main room is 25 feet by 8 feet.
Each apartment is wired for unlimited ultra high speed internet, which is available for an additional monthly fee. These are up to 5000 kilobit per second connections, 90 times the speed of a 56k dial-up connection, and are available from 3561 Lorne for less than 1/2 of what you would pay elsewhere. The building has:
- Central fire alarm
- Coin-operated washer and dryer in the building: $1.75 per load for the washer, hot or cold water, and $1.75 per load for 60 minutes on the dryer (the dryer is very large)
- Emergency stairs both inside and outside the building
- Intercom which allows you to unlock the front door for guests
Each tenant receives a unique electronic key fob to open the main entrance door. Lost or missing keys are deleted from the system.

Lease & Rent
Included in the rent is:
- Electricity (most other apartment buildings do not provide free electricity)
- Heat
- Hot Water
- Janitorial services for the building
The leases are for 12 months, from September 1 to August 31, but sometimes a unit may become available during the year for a shorter lease period.
